I have had technical problems with the way Epicor Eagle uploads my internet sales. Not only does it incorporate the credit card revenue into my daily cash it also affects my inventory on a different day. I have called for a week to try and speak to someone in their technical department or a software developer apparently they don't have a department for it because no one can transfer me. I have left numerous messages for their managers on duty with no call back. I am also having an issue with their "Alternate Tenders" options. Their "Alt Tenders" don't keep a running balance. I would NOT recommend this software to anyone. We have had problems with our inventory also. Their support team can Never give a response besides "I'm sorry our software isn't set up to do that".
