The response is not dated, not signed and was sent to months after my complaint was filed. Epic changes store managers every month or two months, has sales policies not uniform; store managers are not always aware of them. Since January 2015, policies have drastically changed. Epic is still misleading buyers by stretching their relationship with non profit organizations and leading them to believe that Epic is a non profit organization.We no longer buy from Epic; our weekly spending is $1,+ and growing and Epic's competition is enjoying it

The response is not dated, not signed and was sent 5 to 6 months after my complaint was filed.  Epic changes store managers every month or two months, has sales policies not uniform; store managers are not always aware of them.  Since January 2015, policies have drastically changed.  Epic is still misleading buyers by stretching their relationship with non profit organizations and leading them to believe that Epic is a non profit organization.We no longer buy from Epic; our weekly spending is $1,500 + and growing and Epic's competition is enjoying it.
