Review: Epic-Solar installed our solar panels and inverter in February 2016. I noticing that my [redacted] bills had not changed and we were still receiving charges for using [redacted] electricity. Epic-Solar came out to the house confirmed that the system was on and told me to call [redacted] to check their meter, because it must be [redacted] error. I had [redacted] do a thorough test of our house meter, including forward and reverse load mode and [redacted] confirmed that their systems are working properly, but they did not see any solar production from our home solar system. I've called and texted Epic-Solar for the past 3 days and they have not returned my call or text. I went online to [redacted], the company that makes our Solar Inverter. I registered our inverter with them and they opened a trouble ticket. They had me read the display on the inverter, which did not show any connection or production, so they had me reboot the inverter and it still did not display any solar connection or production. I've left 2 more voice mails to Solar-Epic and they have not responded. [redacted] says that, since the inverter is not registering any solar production the installer needs to check the solar connections. The problem is that Epic-Solar is not responding and I can't get them to come back out to check where the connection problem is.Desired Settlement: I just want Epic-Solar to fix the connection issues so that our solar panels are producing, since we spent over $30,600.00 and have no working solar since it was installed. It would be great if Epic-Solar would pick up half the [redacted] charges incurred since February 2016 since it was due to them not connecting the solar system correctly that I have these charges.
