I am rejecting this response because:
The information that was provided by the business was incorrect. Mr. [redacted] and I even discussed that I had spoken to his representative earlier that week and since there were to changes to the event location or times, that there was nothing more to go over. The issues he is describing are in no way an excuse for their poor customer service and lack of fulfilling the contract terms as signed. Thank you,[redacted]

We fulfilled the service contracted. We called before the event, but the customer was too busy to talk to us. We showed up and vehicles were in the way and had them moved. The area was smaller than indicated and an 1 1/2 hour after setup we ran out of paper for 11 minutes. The customer asked for...
