Epic Dog Academy

Epic FAIL Academy is a joke and have a bad reputation for a reason. This place is vicious on dogs and don't know how to train. The people there are rude, dishonest, not skilled, have bad tempers that they take out on dogs. Look at Vince Shields yank dogs around in group class, Olivia Shields can't run group class, Matt Pridemore, Jean Mejias, Grace Serianne, Krista Delgado suck at dog training. The dogs come back sick and don't listen to anything because these people don't know what they are doing. Put them behind bars and give them a record already. These people are convicts who have a bad reputation.

*Dogs have DIED in Olivia Shields care.
*They don't have someone staying at the place overnight to watch the dogs.
*Jump from place to place to hide.
*These is are looking for "likes" and to be cool
*Lost dogs for two weeks

Look at there own photos where they are abusing the clients dogs! Who's dogs are these in the photos? Contact the BBB, share on FB, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Temecula Talk n all social media, animal control (951)674-0618, call the media! Send them all to jail and ban from anything to do with animals.

Save your dogs life and money

This place is garbage from my experience and will do anything to take your money and not train your dog. They abuse dogs and are cruel to dogs. They hurt them because my dog was so scared and had scars on its neck. Look at the pictures of them beating dogs and strangling them! Share on all social media, Temecula Talk, BBB, YouTube etc.

This place deserves negative stars instead of one star. They are overpriced, can't do what you paid for and are rude hostile people. My dog was so scared on pick up and you could hear all the dogs barking in the back with people yelling shut the Fk up which makes me believe that they are being whooped. These are already bad signs, then the dirty creepy guy giving the go home used the shock collar so high that my dogs neck was twitching and the dog wouldn't move. The in home and silly group classes are more bad signs. Notice how Olivia can't run group class and Vince yanks dogs around? My dog will hardly do anything with the electric shock collar and will not listen at all without it. It appears that we are all being taken for by these group of wannabes. They also look like is and unprofessional. What kind of dog training is rubbing dogs pretending to like them when you all actually hurt them?! The dog didn't want to be around the skinny creep Jean and you could tell he has a temper along with the owners Olivia Shields and Vincent Shields when dealing with them. It's time to shut this place down permanently after my experience and reading other reviews of them;

*no one to watch the dogs overnight

Save your money and train your dogs yourself or go to a pet place to get real training from professionals, plus avoiding abuse to your fur baby. Vincent, Olivia, Matt, Jean, Krista, Grace need to be out of the dog industry altogether. Please share your bad experience on BBB, Temecula Talk, Yahoo reviews, Google reviews etc.

This is a total disgrace to dog training, grooming and boarding. I agree with the other posts about Epic Dog, this place is a FRAUD and a FAIL! Zero stars if it were possible. They are rude and drooling to take your money but can't deliver because they are incompetent. This place is way over priced. No one there seems to be real trainers. They supposedly know how to behavior mod but don't know how to do it so I paid for nothing. These clowns also look and act like losers. You can hear the is screaming shut the Fk up at the dogs in the back so I can only image the whooping they put on them. Look at the photos on the other post of the dogs being dragged and thrashed around, looks like its neck is about to snap in some photos. The dogs inside are constantly barking during the go home and don't seem happy to be there. The shock collar was turned up so high that my dog shut down and neck was twitching when the creep was doing the go home lesson. This is not the business for them to be in or anyone working there. Go to both group classes and see how silly they are, notice Olivia can't run it? Vince yanks dogs around? The iss Jean, Matt, Vince, Olivia, Krista and Grace are not good at what they do and are looking for "likes" and attention. Do yourself and other dog lovers a favor and contact the BBB, animal control, police if they act up, share on Temcula Talk, yelp and google reviews if you might be hesitant about. They are doing illegal things like not having someone watch your dogs at the facility overnight. I would never have left my dog there if I had known that and come to find out that all the other things that these posers have done. Do yourselves and your fur babies a favor and stay away from this place of horror. This place is EPIC FAIL ACADEMY! Shut them down already.

This place is garbage and would give negative stars if it allowed. They are fake, angry, hostile people who want your money and don't know how to train dogs. My dogs will hardly listen with the electric shock collar and will not listen at all without it. They were scared and afraid when we picked them up. All the excuses from them during the go home to the in home and the silly group classes run by mns. The trainers suck at what they do and don't know what they are doing. Look at those mn rubbing dogs to pretend they like them but actually viciously hurt them. Train the dogs yourself or take them to the pet store to get results.

Why would anyone trust them with their dogs?! Get the word out, they have a bad history of jumping from place to place causing trouble and hurting dogs badly. Spread the word on Temecula Talk and other review sites. Don't be afraid to make serious complaints to the authorities. Dog training is not for them. Take your money and run while saving your dogs from abuse!

Could not be anymore blessed with my complete family now. I am a Navy Veteran of 6 years that suffers from depression. When I reached out to Epic Dog Academy Vincent and Olivia welcomed me with open arms and gave me an interview as to what services I needed from a K-9 support animal. I was then introduced to Tesla. After just a few weeks of training I was astonished. Extremely professional and very kind. The training yard is huge and many obstacles giving great hurtles for any
K-9’s to endure and overcome. Thank you Olivia and Vincent for helping out a veteran you guys are amazing. If I could give 100 stars I would because just 5 stars doesn’t even come close to a fair review!

THEY LOST OUR DOG.
It took us 14 days to recover her in the hills of Temecula using a professional trapper. It cost us over $10,000 in expenses and lost wages of which we recovered less than $2,000.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
They are ill equipped, running a business on a rental property located on unincorporated land with zero guidelines and minimal insurance.
I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PETS.

What can I say about this place. Vince and crew did an amazing job! Two weeks did wonders. He has only been back a couple of days but what an amazing transformation. We have walked him 4 times since and no pulling. He hasn't jumped on us since coming home and has not been vocal with other pets on the other side of the wall. He now just wants to play and focus his attention on us. Thanks Epic Dog Academy. You saved him from being rehomed. I recommend anyone that is having issues or just wants to teach their dog , Epic is the way. Just one week into the training we visited him and my daughter mentioned to me "he is the dog whisperer"! How did he do that?! Thank you Epic!
My wife and I were skeptical at first but we made the right decision! Epic is doing something right. They train the dog for two weeks but the relationship doesn't end there. We have followup visits as need in home and a full year of group classes.

I'd like to introduce you to my best friend in the whole world, Baby Bella. She's a German Shepherd/Husky mix. She's full of energy, playful, and stubborn as all get out. She loves to be in charge and is the best girl to have around when you need lots of love. When Bella went to the #EpicDogAcademy it was one of the hardest days of my life. The wonderful staff and trainers reassured me that they would love her and treat her with the outmost care. I got daily updates and pictures of her progress, funny stories of her crazy escapades, and tips on how I could help her be stronger once she came home. Bella is a very strong willed girl, but the trainers at #EpicDogAcademy worked with her and help her be so well trained. She is almost a completely different girl. She walks at my pace, followes my instructions, and can walk though stores and crowds with focused energy. She came home healthy, loved, and well behaved.
If you are looking for a place to help your best friend be treated by trainers and staff that truely have a passion and love for training dogs then #EpicDogAcademy is my number one recommendation. This place knows dogs. I have a VERY aggressive Rottweiler, who is the sweetest most loving dog in the world with my wife and I, and who could literally kill basically anyone else for looking at her. We have been trying for months to find a trainer who has the patience and knowledge to work with her. Most run in fear, or else tell us they are great with aggressive dogs and get no results. Most are a waste of money. What working with Vince and his team taught me is that most "professionals" know absolutely nothing about dogs. But these guys stand out as truly elite. Vince and his team took our dog Kira for three weeks of boot camp. They rewire her brain in a humane way that has made it possible for us to keep this loving but aggressive monster in line. It was night and day. Vince even came out to my house the week after we got her back to give me a training lesson on how to make sure she is sticking to the regiment. If you have a dog who needs obedience training and you've been trying to find someone who actually knows what they are doing but can't, then go with these guys. They are amazing. They're good people too, the type you want to work with. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Take it from someone who flushed thousands of dollars down the drain with other useless trainers before coming here. Our dog can now live a happier and safer life without me worrying about her being a danger to others. I have them to thank.

We brought our 1yr old Australian Shepherd to Vince and his team. We have had dogs for the past 30 years and never had difficulty training any of them ourselves. Koda (the Aussie was a completely different story. Tons of energy and too smart for his own good. Epic took him for 3 weeks ( very hard to give him up for that long) but now 2 weeks after training was finished, he is the same wonderful loving dog who now obeys us and is a pleasure to walk and play with. We were very afraid he would lose his zest for life and be changed. Not at all. Now he just channels it. He is truly an EPIC dog now.
