Hello my name is DawnI spoke with you briefly on the phone todayIn regards to the complaint that was filed, we do not send out any samples at any time.Before any orders leave our building we confirm the order and address and we record itI have attached a copy of that recording of Mrs [redacted] agreeing to the orderWe have no problem with her returning the merchandiseShe would have to pay the postage and when we get it back along with a copy of the postage receipt, she will be reimbursed for the shipping costs.Thank you
