I ordered expensive electronics which was charged to my credit card but was never shipped. Do NOT do business with this "company" if you can call it that. They ignored my many attempts to communicate with them.

Ordered 8' [redacted] antenna Dec 27 as a 3 day delivery. Never received a tracking number and called on Jan 2 to see where my order was but no answer. Left message to cancel. Contacted them Jan 6 but they sent out notice they finally shipped on Jan 5 not 3 day service. I tried to cancel as I left for [redacted] Jan 5 and needed the antenna for my boat in [redacted]
When speaking to customer service (Kraus) he basically said it was my problem that I should of called them before I ordered that they closed for the holidays. That they do not read their emails or listen to their messages on their machine. Nothing on their website stated this or I would of ordered through another company.
I told him this was no way to run a business and I would report them. Looks like others did too,"

ordered inverter on 12/27/14. site said I would get it around 1/9/15. not receiving by 1/14/15 I inquired and was told it shipped out on 1/14/15. not receiving it by 1/24/15 I again inquired and again have been told it has shipped out, this time on 1/26/15 and provided me with a tracking number from [redacted]. package has yet to be entered into the [redacted] tracking system.

Never received product difficult to get a call back with information. Had to file for my money back. Poor service don't call ePal. They are not reliable.
