Our worse nightmare. My 7 year crying begging the guy doing the cleaning to stop because it was hurting, I see my sons mouth bleeding and he just says to my boy: you gotta relax. Then he looks at me and my husband and says: Is he always like this? My husband almost lost it. I had to tell him to stop and he didn't want to do it, I had to tell him I would talk to the dentist. My son with tears, still waiting for the dentist. I told my son and husband, let's go. Dentist walks towards us as we are leaving and I tell her we would take our son to another place with more patient personnel and she says: ok. If you meet my son, he's the cutest boy, and see him crying today because of and unprofessional person who is just there for the money, really left a very bad taste in our mouths.
