This complaint is patently false All aftermarket remote starters (dealer installs factory not aftermarket) require an antenna to read with the remote Simple basic research would show this We installed the remote start and within minutes customer called literally screaming, swearing, threatening violence, and making demands Offered to change location of antenna, customer said if it couldn't be done in minutes then not worth it Installer was on lunch so I said that wouldn't work Customer ripped antenna off herself damaging unit Continued literally screaming yelling and swearing as well as threatening violence So she was kicked out due to conduct any business would ask for someone to be removed for Offered to uninstall it but didn't offer refund as she got the service and product that she paid for
