The claims made by the business owner are falseWe did not pull off the antennaThis business owner is extremely unprofessional and the business he is running is not legitimateWe were afraid to have any further work done on our vehicle by these peopleWe had to take our car to a dealership and the technicians there informed us that the work done by the previous business was not done correctly or with care. The things this business owner is saying are absurdHard to believe they're even open

This complaint is patently false.  All aftermarket remote starters (dealer installs factory not aftermarket) require an antenna to read with the remote.  Simple basic research would show this.  We installed the remote start and within 30 minutes customer called literally screaming,...

swearing, threatening violence, and making demands.  Offered to change location of antenna, customer said if it couldn't be done in 10 minutes then not worth it.  Installer was on lunch so I said that wouldn't work.  Customer ripped antenna off herself damaging unit.  Continued literally screaming yelling and swearing as well as threatening violence.  So she was kicked out due to conduct any business would ask for someone to be removed for.  Offered to uninstall it but didn't offer refund as she got the service and product that she paid for.
