EOS Fitness

I had hip replacement and need a Gym to work out in. They closed do to the China Covid-Virus but kept billing me even after to calls saying I would not pay till the gym opened back up . EOS Fitness said they were going to charge me to come and work out in a Public parking lot. I told them I have a
Stater Brother parking lot closer to my house and I could work out their for free. I went in to have them show me where I signed they could bill me for a gym membership when there is no Gym, And they refused to talk to me. My attorney said we had to wait till they put it on my credit to sue for damages Hope this is not happening to anyone else.
