We rented a storage unit from Eoff & Associates in Beebe AR December the first unit had a door that was extremely hard to open and close so they switched us to another unit which was dirty and had to be swept out before moving our boxes and furniture in We rented the storage unit for months paying rent on time, without fail, each month We gave a day written notice upon vacating and cleaned the unit out much better than it was when we were assigned the unit One month after we vacated, I called the office and told the girl who answered the phone that I was calling about my storage unit deposit Without knowing the date we vacated or the storage unit # she said " I asked him and he said he had to clean it out." When I told her that was impossible because she did not even know which unit or when we moved outShe paused and repeated " He Had To Clean It Out" LIARS and THIEVES

We gave a 30 day written notice upon vacating and cleaned the unit out much better than it was when we were assigned the unit.
One month after we vacated, I called the office and told the girl who answered the phone that I was calling about my storage unit deposit.
