Review: I was sold a remote control helicopter which had been previously returned by another customer because it was defective. I have talked to the owner many times and keep getting empty promises about replacing it with an upgrade.It has now been 3 months and he no longer answers when I call. Since then the second helicopter has also become defective. I would like to have my upgrades as promised or a refund.Desired Settlement: refund of $106.00
