I purchase a vehicle from ENZO AUTO LLC. The vehicle I purchased on December 13th 2019 he told me the only thing that was wrong with it was the starter and that I can bring it back when I get my taxes and can trade it back and for a another vehicle and when I did get my taxes they told me that they couldn’t get me approved and I don’t understand why not when they did a bye here pay here so I thought that they can do the same with another vehicle. When I took the vehicle to get inspected and find out that there’s nothing wrong with the the starter but there is up to over 1500 dollars worth of major labor problems. The vehicle is now unable to drive due to Transmission problems. They are not willing to work with me in any way with this situation. They want payments for a car that is unable to drive. the thing that was wrong with the car that I was not aware of is knock sensor/ crankshaft position sensor/Evap control system leak/Evap control system leak/weak fuel pump/ front hub assembly/ transmission pan leak/steering pump/ left front strut.

Ms. purchased a 2007 Chevy Impala on 12/13/2019. The vehicle was purchased AS IS. During the process of the purchase, Mrs. did have the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. She purchased the vehicle with all of the faults. Since the purchase date, Ms. has come to Enzo Auto LLC and has been belligerent with out staff in a completely unprofessional manner. Although Ms. has treated our staff with a complete lack of respect, and was out for repossession since 01/15/2020 for missing a payment of $339 that was due on 12/27/2019. She showed up with the car and made a $500 payment on March 15 2020. She requested to keep the car and apologized for being months behind. When her next payment was due she said she was not paying it because she wanted a refund. We made arrangements for her to catch up with her past due amount and she broke those again. We even offered for her to have us fix the car here at our cost so her repairs would be less then quoted. She has owned the car for about six months and never mentioned that anything was wrong until her payment was due.
