If I could leave no stars I would....
I have been going to this provider for over 21 years. Referred my daughter there several years back. My daughter called the office to schedule an apt. due to severe pain and other distressing symptoms. She was offered an apt a week away that she could not accept due to work, They gave her an apt two weeks out. I told her to call back and ask to speak with a doctor to get some relief in the meantime. They said they would have someone call, after not hearing from anyone after several hours she called back. The receptionist was very rude to her, and stated "Don't you know the drs. have patients, they can't just drop everything to talk to you, they will call you by the end of the day"
Well end of the day comes and still no call. So I called the office today and asked to speak to the office Mgr., Linda picked up the call, and said that since my daughter was offered an earlier apt. and she turned it down a doctor decided that they will not call her. (reason being) They want to see her first. When I explained that she was told someone would call, she again stated that she needed to be seen first. I asked her how was she supposed to know that a dr wasn't going to call if someone did not call her back to tell her. She stated drs offices don't do that. So my daughter who was in severe pain gets left hanging with no info. To which I replied if you don't get what I'"m saying you're being like the first girl, no care for the patient. To which she replied I will mark you file that you are not coming here anymore. and Im gonna let you go because you're attacking me personally. Really ??? Do not go to this provider they have no care for their patients distress and do not assume any responsibility on how their staff treat and talk to patients.
