..thought I was getting free trial products and that's it. No mention that it's be charged month after month. When in reality my free trial cost me a fortune.

Got this moisturizer through a questionnaire with shoppers drug mart all I had to pay is just over 6.00 for shipping for free trial. I just saw my cc statement. I was billed 133 dollars for moisturizer I didn't order. Calling my cc company

taking your credit card number for shipping purposes then using it*** to do their dirty business to send you a 67.00 jar of cream every 2 months

. In late June, I got a email with a survey from shoppers drug mart (they have a pharmacy points program I use so it looked believable they they asked for customer survey). Like the other reviews they promised a free cream if u pay shipping and forced u to take eye cream for $5+5 usd. The survey runs on a timer so I felt pressured to fill info. The next day I researched the company and felt something was fishy.
I called my credit card and was connected to fraud dept. They said call them to cancel if you can. ***. They gave me two numbers supposed connected to their business account. The face and eye cream were both envy us. But 2 numbers. One was disconnected. Second one lead me to a telemarketer distribution centre that said they deal with hundreds of products.
Advice to others out there (from the credit card company): cancel your card number, call them to cancel and document anyone you spoke to before they try to charge you. ***.

This company is now what they say is cbd oil but is actually nothing more than hemp. I paid $310 dollars for what was supposedly cbd oil but was hemp oil worth at the most 35 dollars.

. They offer free produxt but then charge you over 100 bucks for it.

I orderd a trial 1) cream and 1) eye cream at $4.95 it ended up to be $7.12 for the cream and $7.10 for the eye cream in US dollars. Not knowing that they would bill me the following month $140.65 and $144.60 again in US funds. ***. You want a trial that means you want to try it a product not to be stuck with something that is not suitable for you. Now I am discussing this with my credit card and them. The phone # they have listed is also the same as in Toronto so is the Customer Service really this is a real fishy company.

I received an email stating I was entitled to a free trial for a face cream. I am not exactly sure where the email originated from but I believe it was a *** using my *** card? It asked for $10 to be charged for shipping and the cream was free to try. I received the cream 2 days ago and found a charge on my credit card for $139. I called them and they told me they had no RECEIPT for my order, but did receive my order'...I told them what about the FREE trial and they said it was passed the 2 weeks free trial date to which they also told me the were aware I only received the product 2 days ago so how *** was I to have used it for 2 weeks, and they said that the 2 week free trial IS FROM THE DAY YOU ORDER IT! *** they have NO receipt for my order! How convenient? *** this company should be investigated on HOW DID THEY GET ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT/ EMAIL and offer a 10$ Trial yet charge me $139! How is that possible without an order confirmation or any type of receipt or email'?? I did phone them a*** They have NO ADDRESS nor phone number on their website!? The only number I had was 1-800-349-5341. Please feel free to call or email me. I was unable to enter their address as they don't have one'! They also don't have a phone number.....that should've been a red flag right there.

They send you a "sample" that you pay shipping on that turns out to be the product then they charge your credit card after 14 days the full price almost $300.00. Terrible service!!

I ordered a free trial of Envy Us moisturizer cream. On April 28/2020 my *** was charged $137.93 CA by ***I contacted my credit card company told them I didn't authorize this purchase and cancelled my card. After the fact I looked at the container and there was no mention of ***.I have not noticed any improvement in my skin and plan to return containers and request a refund.

a $5 sample cost me $140.

I sent for the free trial of this cream and was basically forced to get the eye cream as I could not go forward with the trial until I clicked yes to the eye cream , I payed the shipping and was billed on the 16 th and 17 th trial day for over 200.00 ! I called to cancel and complain as I received nothing further and was told well it really isn't free ( the samples I received ! I am furious and cannot get a refund at all even after I receive nothing further !

I am discussed at the fact that I requested to Stop ð??? charging my credit card and return my $430 dollars because I don't want this product. I did get the free trial and the company keeps sending me product I don't want.

They ship you a sample for $4.95 then inadvertently do not tell you that your credit card will be charged $100 U.S. for the container they send you the following month. Customer Service was of no help and the company is just a MONEY GRABBER!

On oct 14 2019 I ordered 2 samples online for 4.95 each. I am sight challenged and didnt notice any little print. They came in a box with no packing slip or any paperwork on the outside. Then on Oct 30 a payment came out of my account. $99.95 american which was $134.22 canadian and on Nov 1st $97.99 american which was $133.74 canadian. No emails explaining it. I went to the bank and got a new card but they still took out a payment again on Dec 2nd, which they refunded. I was days online trying to find an email or phone for them but it was unavailable. Today I found one and when I called the guy stopped future shipments but said he could not refund my $ 268.60 because I dint call back in time. How could I when I had no paperwork to reference or find it online. This guy hung up on me. I called right back and this guy kept repeating the same things over and over. He said I didn't call in time but how should I know that. He, like the first guy, said he was the highest person I could talk too. He hung up too. I feel this process was ***. No.paperwork, no clear information on the website. Please get my money back.
