Envoyer Fine Wines

I ordered two dozen assorted bottles of wine from [redacted] of Envoyer Fine Wines in One of his employees, [redacted] (who has since been fired), found that the bottles were still at his warehouse and emailed me that he would deliver this missing order two years late I will attach a copy of the email correspondence with [redacted] accepting responsibility When the bottles arrived, I opened two different bottles that were undrinkable and obviously ruined from improper storage and passing its expiration I then emailed [redacted] and asked for a refund or replacement, which was a very reasonable request given the circumstance He has since been ignoring all my calls or emails This is bad business
