Review: The nursing home doesn't train there nursing staff very well and make a point to let you know that they r certified. They remove staples from patients with out permission from the doctor who did the surgery. When asked why the staples were removed too early they claimed they got the go ahead from the original surgeon who did the procedure when in fact wasn't true and they didn't have permission. In which his incisions started to open back up and could have had dire consequences. They didn't even notify his wife who is power of attorney of what they were doing. Even though they were well aware that he couldn't speak due to a stroke and could barely walk but assumed that is capable of making his own decisions and didn't need to notify his wife, which clearly would have been the thing to do after seeing his condition and realizing his speech was VERY limited and the p

aperwork was sent to them showing the information of who his power of attorney was. When asked who removed the staples they claim they couldn't release that information. They claimed they notified his original surgeon to make sure it was ok to do so even though they were put in not even 2 weeks prior but can take it upon their selves to remove them w/ out permission.Desired Settlement: Need to be held liable for their actions and train their staff better so they can do their job properly instead of blaming the patients for the problem.
