I went online to *** and found a sales item for "*** Particulate Respirators ***, Pack of 10". The ad stated they were sold by EnvisionXpress and were definitley IN STOCK. I ordered one package on ***. *** relayed an order status that these were successfully ordered (ORDER number ***). I received order updates that there were ON THE WAY. So then, without warning, I received an email from *** telling me these were, apparently, not coming and that they could NOT get a status from EnvisionXpress. Then they (***) cancelled my order out from under me on *** because the supplier (Envision) wasn't responding to ***. I contacted EnvisionXpress and they told me they were sorry, they don't have these, and apparently they have no idea what they have or what's going on in their supply chain or sales chains. It took over a week for them to figure this out - that they do NOT have what they are advertising to sell? This is inexcusable and I believe this is either a SCAM or a completely *** company.

Other (requires explanation) This is deceptive advertising on Envisions part. This also caused me to lose valuable time... when I could have easily gone elsewhere to buy this product. Now, because of the lies, or incompetence of the Envision company, I am going to lose over $*** in going elsewhere now... they lied about what they had in stock. Lied. And it will cost me money now. I am demanding reparations of $*** and for them to FIX/REPAIR their deceptive advertising tactics.
Contacted the customer on *** and discussed the issue with him. He was more upset of the lack of detail in the cancellation from *** due to inventory outage. We will be shipping him a substitute item at no charge to the customer. He responded positively. He indicated that was an acceptable resolution to his Revdex.com complaint. Case closed.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The business explained they will examine future methods of sales. They apologized and are making this situation right by the customer.
