Envision Physician Services

I have been incorrectly billed for a CPT code XXXXX-LVL 5 which is hyper-exaggerated. My treatment was slightly more that a triage visit.
I Submitted multiple emails to ***@emcare.com requesting a proper adjustment to this bill. I have NEVER recieved a return call, email or any other expalination of the excessive charges to this account. I have paid all bills pertaining to the vist to the emergency room except the e bill fro0m EMCare, or otherwise known as ***. The billed amount is $2197.00 which is about $2000.000 too much!
