I requested a preseason heating system checkup The technician Ivan came promptly and checked our system, cleaned the electrostatic filters, and replaced the humidifier filter (which I had purchased separately because it's a model they don't carry) Unlike other companies I was not sold anything I did not need I recommend ESA
