August 10, 2017***Tim met with *** *** last week and discussed the concerns on her home: one stone has fallen off and about sf of stone needs to be installed because of possible settlement. The home was built nearly nine years ago and there is no clear evidence of why the stone
fell. We will install new stone at the foundation and replace the stone that has fallen off the house. We will also take time to inspect the installation for any other loose stones and repair as needed. We have provided *** *** with a price to complete this work and she has acknowledged but not agree to the work yet. We are contacting her again today to get the repair moving forward. Once *** *** agrees to the proposal and provides a credit card payment we will proceed to order the stone and schedule the repair to her home. Lance M. Area Manager -VA, MD WV

I was advised by Tim H[redacted]l that I would receive information on how payment should be made (where & how) I expressed that we are willing to pay 50% as a deposit & the balance once the job is properly completed. As stated in my complaint, this will be the 4-5th time this company has had to make repairs. Also, there is an area which was never completed from the beginning. I was also advised that someone from their company named Horhay would be contacting me to set up a date. No one has contacted me to do so. I do not feel comfortable giving my credit card info to this company due to prior issues & practices. Unless I receive a contract holding them responsible to complete the job by a specific date, no money will be released or credit card info provided.
