I agree with the comment prior to mine. The product inside the container works very well. My complaint is about the packaging/bottle.
We use 3-4 bottles every month. With most bottles, the spray nozzle quits working or leaks with the first use. Often, I need to empty the contents into another bottle.
But, also sometimes the nozzle top will not unscrew to empty the container into another. This means making a hole in the bottom of the container and attempting to drain it into a new container.

I recently (approx. 2 wks ago) spoke with a representative who answered the SSN8 "ESI, home of Chomp products" line. The purpose for my contact was to comment on how well the product worked, but also to express my concern about the bottle of product I'd just purchased with a spray nozzle that leaked. My hope was to finish my wallpaper project with this purchase, however, he majority of this product ended up on my hands and bathroom. As a result I removed half as much wallpaper, as the previous bottle.
Weiry with repeated visits to the home improvement store, I contacted the number listed above, because the label on the bottle states..."We're here to help!" As expected the representative agreed to replace the bottle, and told me to expect delivery within 2 days.
Well, it's been 2 weeks, and I don't have the replacement product. In addition, I have made multiple calls to the number listed above, at various times of the day, and all I get is voicemail, and no return call. I have attempted to contact [email protected], and the email was undeliverable. It is difficult to express the level of disappoinment this situation has brought to me. I thought because this is a quality product, that I was dealing with a quality company.
While the product is great, the integrity of the company is horrible. I will never recommend this product to a DIY'r, or home improver. If they find it...great, but it won't be because I personally recommended it.

In speaking with you, I experienced what I would describe as genuine care and concern for customer perception and satisfaction with Chomps, the company, its products and service. This is evidenced by the product you shipped to my home to remedy the problem I experienced.
