Review: I have been a customer(if you say) of E.S.I. since late 2012 the obligation was that they were to take my oil and give me money for my recycled cooking oil. I have repeatedly asked them for invoices so I know how much oil they are taking but was given the run around and was told : they cant do that,call the office,we are going to send one on the next pick up or we have it on record. Since then I have been calling and calling and still have been getting the run around. They even went to lengths to pick up my oil at night and early in the a.m. hopping the fence to drain the drums. This is exactly why I told them I need the invoice because it seemed like shady practice. I havent received one payment for my oil! When I did get a hold of someone they said they mailed me a check already which I never saw.They have taken my cooking oil for over a year and I havent received one cent from E.S.I. They are crooks! I went down to E.S.I. on 8/**/13 to talk to the owner but the place is like fort knox! I had to talk to someone through an intercom by the front door and was told to make an appointment after I explained why I was there. (being there was no one in the office as she said?!) Mind you it was around 1:00pm? There was about 6 or 7 vehicles there,one which was the owners. I can clearly see they have had similar problems like this before.Desired Settlement: I want to get paid for my recycled cooking oil that E.S.I. obviously got paid for already.
