I have tried to see Dr. *** from the EHC on the phone for doctor's appointments since late 2019. The EHC has repeatedly changed their policy.
The EHC has repeatedly changed their policy on billing and seeing patients over the phone. When I first called the EHC in late 2019 it did not seem like they had seen patients on the phone previously. They had to go over whether or not they could see me on the phone.
The EHC has repeatedly changed their minds about whether or not they could offer me a payment plan. I have gotten different answers over and over again. At one point we agreed to a payment plan where I could pay $25 a month to see Dr. Seymour on the phone. This was changed within the last 2 months and now they want me to pay my entire balance before seeing them again.

This is classist and keeps low income people from getting the medical assistance they need. When people have health problems they lose a lot of money and then they cannot afford to pay medical bills. How are they supposed to get treatment? The EHC refused to compromise with me; I offered more money a month to pay. They refused.
