I was driving through a community in Northwest Arkansas and saw a custom made home construction siteA sign in the lot had Ryan B.'s phone number on it for RB homes and constructionI called the phone number and was (greeted) with a 'hello'I asked if this was R and B constructionHe saidthis is Ryan, whats your nameI said my name and I wanted to know if I had the right number for R and B constructionHe said what do you need(at this point I'm thinking this guy is a joke)I asked again if I was talking to someone with the companyHe then bulstered "THATS THE 3rd TIME you have mispronounced our nameIf you want to do business with someone you need to say their name right"(wow seriously) this guy is an unprofessional jerk or is drunkI told him that I had been driving and saw his number on a signHe then started acting really nice to me, as if he knew I was a potential customerReally Ryan? sorry, no business from me ever
