Review: Company contacted me 3 times and indicated my violation of Federal Law and I face $177,500 fines if I do not contract with them.

Company accuses me of having an illegal cesspool and requires I pay them or face federal fines. The assertion of my possessing such a cesspool is false and could hurt my personal and professional reputation. They refuse to cooperate.Desired Settlement: Cease abusive Mainland tactics to the people of Hawaii. We are not like you and while some will succumb to your tactics, those like me will fight back. Specifically, stop unsolicited, threatening contact.

Based upon official information obtained from the United States Environmental Protection Agency via a Freedom of Information Act request (copies of the FOIA information available upon request) [redacted]'s parcel number is shown on an official US Government list of illegal large-capacity cesspools (US EPA Order EPA 909-F-XX-XXX available upon request). Relying on this official government information, efforts have been made to provide educational material to owners of these raw sewage pits (sample of mail piece available upon request) on how they can cost-effectively stop the human-waste-caused killing of Hawaii's famously beautiful reefs and prevent the poisoning of Hawaii's precious fresh drinking water.

In no way has our Hawaii company division: a) made any effort to force [redacted] to "contract" for services, or, b) "threatened" [redacted] in any way, or, c) "requires" [redacted] to pay for any type services. The Company is in fact sensitive to [redacted]'s private hypersensitivities and had (prior to the filing of this Revdex.com Complaint) agreed verbally to remove his parcel number from The Company's copy of the data received from the US EPA. [redacted]'s clearly defamatory, malicious, reckless, and damaging accusations against The Company are baseless.
