This business is attempting to bill for a service that was not provided while claiming they did provide the service.
We had bimonthly service with this company for pest control treatments for several years. However, the most recent treatment was supposed to be performed around Jan 1st, 2020 and was not performed. We contacted the company to inquire about the missing service and the company alleges that the service was provided on 12/31/19 and that an invoice was left on our door. However, no one from the company came on 12/31/19 and no invoice was left on the door. We were home all day and have video footage showing no one was there. They provided a picture of the invoice on the door as proof of service, but the image was obviously from a previous visit as no one came on or around the alleged service date and no invoice was ever provided. This was the second time within the past few months where a service visit was missed and claimed to have occurred. The previous time, the company sent out another technician to perform the service, but this time we decided to cancel the service instead. We offered to pay for the month if they sent someone out for service, but they refused as we were canceling service. However, the company is still demanding payment for the service that was not provided on 12/31/19.
Billing for the 12/31/19 service that was not performed removed from our account and future services cancelled.

On 12-31-19 a Enviro Tech Pest Prevention technician performed a bi monthly exterior pest control treatment for *** who has been our customer since 2013. We require our technicians take a photo of the front door with the invoice attached, for every service they perform. Our technician took a photo on the day of service and as his direct supervisor I am confident that the service was performed.
After speaking with Mr., who felt the service was not performed even with my techs photo for proof, I offered to perform another service at no additional charge and assign him a new technician. He asked that I provide the additional service but then stated he would cancel the service anyway. At this point I asked him to pay for the service performed on 12-31 and I would then cancel future services.
It's unfortunate that a positive relationship is ending in this manner and I wish we could have resolved the complaint. I will respect Mr.s request and Enviro Tech will comp the $59 and mark it paid. I respectfully ask that the complaint be withdrawn by Mr. in lue of us waving the fee.
