I do not agree with what is stated by All American...

Property and Maintanence, I would have agreed to settle out of court if they would give me the money in cash or bank check but since I have been lied to by the owner before I do not trust his request to cancel the court date and wait 60 days for him to refund me the full amount due of $3,500. I would feel more comfortable with a legal court order to pay forward. I notified him of this and gave him the opportunity to pay in full prior to the court date tomorrow.
