Steven M came and did a retreat on our home and was super knowledgeable about bugs and different kind of bug bites. He also gave me some helpful information to keep bugs away! Thanks so much Steven for all your help! :)

Well the first initial guy that came out was Scott. I found out that he did not do such a great job . I wasn’t available to speak with him on my first initial appointment. However I spoke to his brother Jeremy who convinced me to give it a chance. I realized after examining my yard that evening, Scott did not treat most of the areas that I was having wasp and yellow jackets nest problems. So I called the main office the next morning and Jeremy was able to get me an appointment in just a hour. Scott came back out and when I told him where I was seeing the wasp he clearly we the many areas he did not treat the day prior. He killed from what I saw 7 nests . I expressed great concern with our wasp problem over the years and I figured that he would of done the job better that second time. To be honest he seemed a little lazy . A week later I had Erick come out to spray my front porch because I saw them flying around an area that Scott did not spray . Erick was great as well . Another week later, new wasps were rebuilding there nests near and round my shed which is where Scott first initially said he sprayed. There was no way he took the time to spray around my shed as needed because literally they were already rebuilding around my shed on both back corners and in my bush. So I had to call agai. At this point I was so very skeptical of this company and the information I was given by these techs and there receptionist Shannon who said she would have her manager call me that day and I never heard back from anyone. I was ready to cancel service today because of not hearing back from the manager. Then there was Travis who restored my faith back in this company . He told me that he would re do everything like ur was my first initial appointment the way it should of been done. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and sprayed everywhere I needed. Plus he sprayed the inside of my home and offered the reassurance I needed after what results I had already seen with Scott. I appreciated Travis so much because he went above and beyond for me. I watched all the work he did and I saw how dedicated he was to making sure I was a satisfied as a customer. If it had not been for him I would of cancelled my services with this company today. Just a tip for the manager ... if your receptionists can not offer much information to customers who call in with basic questions, and you guys leave that to the technicians, don’t hire people like Shannon to not follow through with what was said. Shannon showed no empathy in her tone of voice and could care less about my questions about my previous experience. Customer concerns should be a high priority. High enough that if a receptionist like Shannon says a manger will call me before the end of the day and I don’t receive a call that day or even the next day it clearly shows no one cares. The fact that no one called me was the reason I was going to cancel. The lack of importance Shannon’s tone showed me was not pretty irritating especially since your first tech Scott did a half as job twice. I really hope the future with this company shows better customer service. I am extremely loyal to those companies that treat me with honesty and respect . Jared was a really good dude. He let me know about wasps nest I had no clue of. Good service would recommend to a friend!
We originally signed up with a one year contract in which the billing was supposed to be each quarter. That would amount to 1/4 of the $500 contract amount. We began at a rental explaining we were 4 months away from move in to a new home. They understood this and thus far have billed us $250 2 times in just 4 months. Also noting service being done at the new home on a date we were here and there was NO such service done. The fees are excessive and erroneous and we are on Social Security with limited income levels to begin with. We are wishing to discontinue the service altogether as it was not effective in the first place. The location of the Envi Pest control was actually the Envi Pest and *** out of their *** office location. I've not been able to get the owner to call me.
I want to publicly praise Steven M. who has performed ENVI pest control service for me 2 consecutive. Steven is a professional, trustworthy, and has integrity. I am 100% pleased with the GREAT customer service that I received. He is very thorough and personable. I will always request Steve for my future pest control services.

Today Steven M. visited my home for a scheduled treatment. I wanted to take the time to thank him for his kind demeanor and professionalism. He was prompt, prepared and polite. I appreciate his attention to detail and pleasant approach to service.
Jared has come to spray again and he is again pleasant and thorough - he REALLY wants to make us happy with eradication of our hated insects and he was very sure to get all the ants that have wanted to visit us.
Jared from Envi Pest & Lawn has done a wonderful job keeping our home free of pests.
He's knowledgeable, polite and efficient. It's good to be put on a schedule.

Jared over at Envi Pest Control is a very knowledgeable and professional technician who always does a great job, he takes care of our lawn and also does our home pest control. We’ve now been with Envi going on 2 years and are very satisfied with their service.

Looks like I had the same issue of other complaints. Salesman came to the door telling us that we could switch over to them from *** and they would come quarterly for $99 just like ***, except, they would do more e.g. knock down wasp nests. They came on April 19, 2018 and charged us $99, however, we had to call them back because the wasp nests were still there. I paid for the service and then I get another $99 bill. When I asked they said it was "a 30 day follow up". Well, it had been 28 days and I quoted what we were told and that I did not agree for them to come more than 1X per quarter. I also said, "so now you can come whenever you want and charge $99?" They told me they had sent an email telling us they were coming. That really doesn't matter, bottom line is it wasn't even a month later and they were supposedly there again and once again charged me $99. If they can do this what would stop them from coming whenever they want just to charge another $99? I cancelled the service and she said she'd let the owner know. No one ever followed up or responded.

First thing replying to this complaint is our agreement is with ***, not ***, he signed the agreement for everything she is not happy with. None the less, we did come out and complete an initial service on April 19th. After the customer called about the wasp nests, we returned at no charge the very next day and completed what the customer requested. We did return 28 days later for their follow up treatment and charged the 99.00. This is what the signed agreement by *** indicated.
It has been communicated to *** by our office staff that there is an agreement and there is a late fee on anything after 15 days past due. She also has been notified of the early cancellation fee that is specified in the signed agreement.
I personally called and left a message for Brian on June 20th, 2018 @ 12:35 and no one returned my call. We do not have a number on file for ***, she is not on the agreement.
Desired Settlement
We would like the customer to abide by the signed agreement, and pay what is due for all services rendered, and all that are in the future per agreement.

Just had our pest service done by Jared who does a very good job and asking if we have had any problems and takes care of them right away. He is very personable and very professional when he comes to do our service.
We have been quite happy with Envi Pest & Weed control. Joe has come out several times to spray for weeds and he is always kind, helpful and informed about what he does as a tech. Especially appreciate the information he shares with us how to better take care of our yard.
Jared does our pest control. He too is a wonderful tech to work with!
When I was first approached by their salesman, I was told they would treat my house for insects, inside and out for $89.00 per visit for 4 treatments through out the 2017 year, and we received those visits with varying levels of satisfaction. They would send my wife emails on when they would be showing up. Those got lose in her email, so she called and asked them to call before coming out so we could be home. Never received any calls just bills. Then the bills stopped coming, so we thought we were done. Then we received a bill with a statement date of May 16, 2018 stating that we was past due on services rendered on March 14, 2018, that my wife or I knew nothing about, was not notified that they were going to be coming by and there was nothing on our door or yard showing that any service had been rendered on the outside of our house and nether my wife or I invited any Envi personnel into our house for the inside treatment because we were not home. The bill is for $89.00 plus $20.00 past due fee. My wife called and complained about the past due fee and purposed a partial payment for the $89.00 because again they only did half the treatment and the manager would have to call about that. She was told the past due fee would be removed, but any service was $89.00 whether inside or out that we should have called them to setup appointment for inside treatment. she told her it was a little hard to do when we didn't even know they came out. When I called to cancel service because I only agreed to the 4 treatments last year and was not happy with their customer service I was told the $20.00 past due was instated and that the employee that told my wife the past due would be taken had been fired because she did not have the authority to do that. I was also told that when they did a treatment that they left a door hanger saying that the house had been treated, we have never seen a hanger on our door from Envi this year, so I question any service had been rendered this year.
The *** signed an agreement with us on May 9th, 2017. They signed for 1 year /5 treatments. This is a standard agreement having an initial treatment, a follow-up treatment 30 to 45 days later, then quarterly treatments after for a total of 5 treatments in one year. The *** schedule made it 4 treatments in 2017 and their last one in March of 2018.
The agreement clearly states while in the program if bugs come back between the quarterly services, we will come back and retreat for free. The agreement is priced at the discounted price of 89.00 per quarter. This service includes a pest barrier around the home. At their promotional rate of 89.00 the inside treatment has been added as part of the service at no additional cost.
We notify our customers by email to let them know when their next service is and to also send their statements. This email states clearly on it, that if a customer would like the inside of their home done at their scheduled treatment time to let our office know so we can give the technician extra time to do so or set up the appropriate times for the customer to be home to do so.
Last year, we were leaving invoices on our customer’s doors for payment, but in early 2018 we went paperless. Our customers were notified by email and texts that this was happening. According to our records in 2017 there were several attempts to contact Mrs. to inform her of her upcoming appointment times and discuss the balance of their account. Several voice mails were left on her cell phone.

In 2018 we started our new paperless system that has automatic calling, texting, and invoicing. All of these have shown completed in our system to Mrs. email. Mrs. was sent an email from our new system and a voice message from our office staff reminding her of her upcoming treatment on March 9th for her March 14th appointment.
Mrs. did confirm she had received our last text message on our last conversation with her.
Desired Settlement:
We feel we have upheld our end of the service agreement by providing the services promised. We have returned and completed a free retreat on their home for the kitchen at their request. We have tried to contact them by phone, email, and text messaging to inform them of upcoming treatments and statements.
Unfortunately, as Mr. stated, their emails have become lost. The last service completed was the last one in the agreement and is still unpaid by the customer. We have not added any late fees to an account that is 70 days past due but reserve the right to do so if necessary.
Our resolution is for this customer to pay for the last service rendered of $89.00 and we can settle the account as closed without applying any late fees.
We apologize for the situation at hand and the inconveniences for both parties. However we are eager and willing to resolve the current complaint at hand. If there are any further questions or concerns we will be happy to discuss them over the phone.
