Im so upset Im not sure were to start I ordered my son a hoverboard for his birthday on August 13, the Eta date was August PERFECT on my sons birthday SO I THOUGHT I called on Augto verify that my order was still going to be delivered and I was told that the item was being sent back to the sender because of fraud alertI called my bank and my bank did not issue NOTHING and they cant even find the mysterious fraud alert when I called back then they tell me I will get a refund once its investigated ok great now my son has no hoverboard in which that was all he asked me for this Birthday AND they have no idea when my money will be returned to my card it is now Sep and I did not get a call or email or anything in regards to there screw up
