Entitle Direct Group

I am a Realtor who recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of their "Title Specialists" based out of Township, PAAnother Realtor brought in a client and made an offer on a home we have for saleThe title specialist verified that they had received the $1,deposit made with the offerUltimately the client ended up cancelling the offerHowever their $1,deposit was agreed upon in the contract to be given to the sellerEntitle claimed that the original deposit had bounced and no monies would be paidThey never communicated those details with us until after the client had cancelled their offerThe seller is still owed the $1,depositI would not recommend working with this company at all if you want a fair dealing!

I used EntitleDirect for a home purchase earlier this year and could not have been happier! All interactions were online and all my emails were answered immediatelyThe closing was on a fairly tight schedule and the Entitle Direct folks (Laura, Christine, and Elizabeth) did a great job working with the lender and the closing agentMy experience could not have been better and I will certainly use them again in the futureWellhopefully we will stay in this house for a while:)
