Hello, sorry for the late response, somehow the email from Revdex.com for requesting a respond went to junk mail. My [redacted]e is [redacted] and I filed a complaint about the issue with enterprise rent-a-car about couple weeks ago. Looks like the company stated that the issue was resolved by saying that "the amount was wrote off."I just got a phone call from collection agency demanding to pay the amount that supposedly cleared. Therefore, whatever the enterprise rent-a-car stated is not acceptable in anyway. I would like to reopen this case since I am still getting calls from the enterprise rent-a-car demanding me to pay $300.08 which must be collected from the insurance company. I responded to the offer the business made and it was not acceptable. To date - 10/1/2015 I haven't heard a response from the business.They only offered to pay half of the total invoice amount - I want them to pay it in full.Just a note - the week they sent the offer I was out of the office on vacation.

Per our Area Manager, [redacted]:
I spoke with [redacted] this morning and he walked me through his rental process. He was walked to the car by one of our representatives and initialed that there was no damage. He isn’t disputing the fact that there is damage on the car. He is...
concerned that we will not give him the information of our previous 10 renters. He was denied this request from the DRU and I reiterated our policy on 3rd party disclosure. He has been contacted by the DRU and given the amount of repair. I explained that this is the reason the vehicle was not on the lot at our Huntington Beach location when he returned. The car was in the shop at that time and not on rent to another customer. He is aware of our policies, but does not agree with us not giving him information on our previous renters. Thank you for your time and assistance with this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not refuse to leave the location I was forcible removed when I called the HQ to make a complaint about the customer service. My property was thrown outside for no reason and I have police reports to support & prove this situation. Enterprise offered me $500 and I declined because [redacted] state law minimum civil court fine is 7,000$. I offered enterprise the opportunity to mediate before I sue. This event is pending editorial and news segments as of 2017. I have attached the video on enterprise threatening me, refusing future service for no reason & violating my consumer rights.I will not accept $500, iiil be suing them this month, and this response will be used as evidence.
