cost structure and asking about his insurance to value sell the use of ERAC protection. I am giving him my email address to take care of 2 days of a future rental at another ERAC her in the Antelope Valley. Customer is happy with this resolution.

I was able to resolve the
problem with the customer. We both came to the resolution of refunding half of
the rental and mail her a free weekend coupon. She is going to get in touch
with the Revdex.com and let them know it was handled and will return and rent from

not responsible for is unacceptable. Enterprise admitted in their response that their inspections were not adequate and they may have overlooked damage. I had the car for less than 24 hours the car was never exposed to any conditions in which it could sustained damage. When enterprise refunds my $250 I will consider this dispute resolved and continue to utilize enterprise in the future for personal and business uses. If Enterprise does not provide a refund I will take legal recourse to ensure that my insurance rates will not be increased due to an unjustifiable false claim.

[redacted] contacted me and notified me that I would be refunded for my deposit and no claim would be filed against my insurance because they had determined that no damage had occurred to the rental car during the period in which I had rented the vehicle. She further stated that they are taking steps to ensure that the Memorial OKC location performs an adequate inspection each time a rental is checked in and out to prevent incidents like this from occurring in the future. My online banking statement shows that I have received a refund. I now consider this matter resolved.

and we came up with a resolution.  She originally booked a retail rental
with a monthly rate and at the end of the rental her husband returned the
vehicle and mentioned USAA.  Our representative searched their name and a

walked her through the situation and Teresa refunded her car yesterday. 
In actuality the customer ended up paying less overall, but thought she and
USAA should be awarded the 16/day rate because that’s what she booked through
Expedia.

Sorry about that. I honestly feel the same way as I wrote the first complaint. Nothing has changed besides the fact that they keep asking me over and over what happened to the vehicle. So, my first complaint still is valid and I do not agree with the resolution.

A refund was issued for 2 days back to the credit card.

DRU know that we will not be pursuing on the claim due to the dispute.
