I spoke with Ms. [redacted]  We had the wrong address in our system, so we are re-issuing a check for her.  I will be sending this out via FedEx tomorrow to be delivered on Monday.

I had a car accident in 2008 which resulted in me having to rent a vehicle from Enterprise Rental Car. At that time the vehicle rented to me was a Ford Fusion of the current year. I left the parking with the vehicle and made it to the stop light on the same block as the rental company and noticed the car smoking. I immediately turned around to return the vehicle. They put me in a different vehicle at that point. A few weeks/months later I received a $500 bill for something I couldn't have done to the car that I had driven for less than 5 minutes. Now that I need a rental car, it's a note on my account that says do not rent. I am highly upset about this issue. I will continue to complain until something is done about this!!!!!!!
