Enterprise Rent A Car - All Area Locations

I will be leaving reviews and feedback on several pages regarding the service I received today! The young man who assisted me today was Mike, at the Plant City Florida location! He was incredibly beyond expectation's AMAZING, He helped me get into a car FAST and even swapped cars for me when I found a minor flawI felt like I was pushing it by being picky and he was so kind and made me feel like I was actually an important customer, I had already had a very long stressful day and he was the most mindful helpful person and he made my day by his kindness and help! I applaud Enterprise for employing such incredible employees! I was nervous to rent a car since the reviews were not so great but the stress was put to rest thanks to Mike!!! Please be sure to recognize Mike for his superb customer service and incredible kindness! He is the kind of employee that will bring in more customers on a repeat basis!! Again thank you! Misty M,

Specifically relates to the National car rental: fuel charges erroneously added to bill despite returning with full fuel tank initially charged for 4gallons fuel and final receipt showed charge for full gallons of fuel, despite the 18.5Gal fuel tank capacity of the model car rented and driven for 88miles days following error the $overcharge has not been removed from bill despite multiple (time consuming) communications, and receipt for refueling

Specifically relates to the National car rental: fuel charges erroneously added to bill despite returning with full fuel tank. initially charged for 4gallons fuel and final receipt showed charge for full 19 gallons of fuel, despite the 18.5Gal fuel tank capacity of the model car rented and driven for 88miles. 6 days following error the $56.66 overcharge has not been removed from bill despite multiple (time consuming) communications, and receipt for refueling.
