Worst experience ever for renting a vehicle! Completely unprofessional manner of dealing with your customers, *** was very rude ***, *** made me wait extensively while taking other customers who showed up AFTER me! *** then tried to *** me into making an at-fault insurance claim for damages that were less than $400, thankfully I was able to cancel the claim and settle it cash, now they wont reimburse me for the difference between the damages amount and the deductible paid. WORST RENTAL BUSINESS IN TOWN!!!! BEWARE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM ***!!!
