response to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. We have reviewed the...

concerns
raised by Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] rented a 2016 [redacted] 200 from Enterprise Leasing
Company of Chicago, LLC dba Enterprise Rent-A-Car at N Bolingbrook Drive
Bolingbrook, IL.
 
At
the time of rental an inspection was completed in the presence of Ms. [redacted]. As
noted on the face of her rental contract, the vehicle was determined to be
rented without damage.
 
In
reviewing the concerns presented by Ms. [redacted] and as a matter of customer
service we have decided to close our file and will no longer be pursuing Ms.
[redacted] for the damages to the rental vehicle. 
The Damage Recovery Unit sent a letter to Ms. [redacted] dated July 5, 2016 informing
her that the file had been closed. On August 17, 2016 the Damage Recovery Unit also
spoke with Ms. [redacted]’s insurance company State Farm and informed them that the
claim had been closed also. At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we strive to satisfy all
our customers by providing excellent customer service.  We hope that our diligent efforts to resolve
and address this matter have demonstrated our commitment to customer service

Branch Manager [redacted] has been working with Jose, the manager at the [redacted] location, and both agreed to refund the customer $109.00, for a total of $218.00  This will take care of the customer's out of pocket expense for the rental vehicle.  We hope that this is a satisfactory...

resolution for our customer, and we look forward to future business  from Mr. [redacted].

I spoke with the Area Manager ([redacted]) and he stated that the refund was processed and the customer was satisfied with this resolution.
