Company promised refund, did not deliver and has ignored all attempts at communication since
Myself and two friends signed up for this farmshare in ***After four weeks of receiving packages at our local store *** *** in *** the location closed and, as none of us have cars, the other available locations were too far for us to travel and pick up every weekAfter filling out a contact form on their website and sending a couple of follow up emails, I finally got a response a member of their staff, *** *** on *** ** acknowledging the situation and saying "I would be happy to issue you a refund for the remainder of the seasonPlease let me know if you would like the credit sent via *** or checkLet me know what would work best for you." I promptly supplied an address for them to send a check to
Nearly two months later and we had received nothingI sent an email on *** inquiring about the refund and another on the *** Since then I have sent multiple emails

Enterprise Farm cancelled their winter farmshare and did not notify us. We have been requesting a refund for the past 7 1/2 weeks by phone and email. They replied once to let us know the farmshare had been cancelled, but have not answered repeated requests for a refund.Product_Or_Service: Year-round farmshare 2014/2015Desired SettlementEnterprise Farm stated via email that they would give us a refund but we haven't received any instructions on how to initiate the process, and they have not responded to our calls and emails in over a month. We would like a refund for the 2014/2015 winter farmshare ASAP.Business Response We have refunded the customer.Consumer Response [redacted]Document Attached[redacted]Final Consumer Response This is not a satisfactory response. Enterprise Farm says that they have "refunded the customer," however we do not see any refund. Was this refunded through PayPal, or directly to the original debit card?Please clarify how the refund was processed, and when we can except to see the funds back in our account.
