In July 2018 I pur***d a used car from Enterprise Car Sales in Shoreline Washington. This was after a previous car was determined to have serious problems. In September 2018 I paid off the balance of the car. Enterprise Car Sales' lender, *** Bank, told me it had mailed the title documents on September 25th. As of today's mail, nothing has come in the mail. Tomorrow will be seven days. I have tried to deal with *** customer service but I am told to be patient. I was also told that title documents were sent expedited mail on September 27th, but that there was no tracking number. I have contacted two salespeople at Enterprise Car Sales and asked them to contact me, but have heard nothing back. As it turns out, *** Bank has an "F" rating on the Revdex.com website. I'm concerned about getting my title documents.
We have received customer concern and have been in contact with ***. We have email correspondence and have connected via phone with *** on 10/1/2018. I have forwarded email chain from *** to management and upper management so that the proper personnel are aware of the situation. Management is working to resolve the situation with *** Bank. I have reached out to *** again today (10/2/18) via phone @1238pm to check on the status and if any new information from *** bank has been sent to ***.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have forwarded information to salesman and others today and let them know as of today, Oct. 3rd, sill no title documents received by mail. Today is 8 days since *** Bank representative stated they were mailed on September 25th.

We are sorry to hear that to date her title has not been received. Enterprise staff has tried to assist by contacting our *** Rep. and they too have confirmed that the title has been mailed out. At this point, there isn't any Enterprise Car Sales can do to ensure she gets her title. Our best recommendation is that she reach out to *** again and request a lost title claim or talk to DOL to see if they can assist with requesting a title replacement by submitting a lost title order form. Please ensure *** has proper documentation that the loan has been satisfied with ***.
Sorry but we took almost the same steps as *** has to try and help.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Additionally, I finally received the title by mail on Saturday, October 6th. This complaint can be dismissed.
