I reserved a car,and used my debit card they allowed it.when I went to go pick up the car I was told I couldn't get it,because I had a out of state license.but I have rented two other times with the same I.d.and card and and drove away with the car I had reserved,I called corporate and they said there was no way that was possible,because I had a out of state license,but the other times like I said they allowed me to take the car and got.now why now they want to throw this up why without a major credit card they can't do it......I feel something needs to be done about this.ty
The Area Manager researched the issue and the customer did rent twice before using a debit
card. Once in April and once in early July. Ultimately, the customer should not have been allowed to rent as the policy does state they must have a
major credit card with an out of state license. It was obviously a
mistake on our part initially, but the policy is clear.
