Enter.net

I subscribe to DSL service threw Enter.net and prepay them annually for internet service ! Whenever there is a problem there is no one available to take care of issues after business hours or an on call basis and if you can get a technician during business hours they never call you back as promised or follow up on service failures which are becoming more frequent lately ! my service has been down for over hours again and still no response after leaving many voice messages to a machine as usual ! They always say it is a Verizon problem, but customers have no access to Verizon except via Enter.net ! They seem to totally ignore customer service after payment is made ! Very frustrating not getting what your prepaying for!
