A month ago, I informed the business that our internet was not working properlyA service representative came out and told me he would order an upgraded modem/router, and it would take 3-days or a week at the mostSince that call, I haven't heard from the business, except for receiving my monthly billI have called repeatedly, and have had to leave messages, that are never responded toI actually talked to someone, who asked surprised that we hadn't been helpedShe also promised, on two different occasions, that someone would be outOn both occasions, I remained home the entire day and no one showed upI called to inform them that I was very disappointed, but once again, I left another voice messageI have been totally without internet service for over a weekThis has happened before and I was expected to pay my bill in full, which I didThis time I am contacting you in an effort that you may be able reconcile this issue and let this company know it is fraudulent to collect
