Ensign Spars

Ordered a mooring cover on 8/26/19 and my credit card was immediately charged for same. E-mail communication from vendor on 9/26/19 stated "Hoping to ship next week." E-mail communication from vendor 11/7/19 stated "My apologies...it should go out in the next few days. I'll send tracking info when it goes." E-mails to vendor on 2/14/20, 2/20/20 and 2/24/20 requesting tracking info on the shipment have all gone unanswered. As of today 3/2/20 no response and no tracking number. More than 6 months have passed since I placed order and my credit card was charged.
