I’m writing on behalf of my father, Enrico Gatta, a business owner located at [redacted], [redacted], PA [redacted]. A complaint was lodged against him (Case #[redacted]) and he has since contacted the homeowner on [redacted] in [redacted], PA, where the cement work was done.
 
My father settled the claim with the owner ([redacted]) and would like the Revdex.com complaint resolved or expunged. [redacted] attempted to call the Revdex.com on Friday, June 20 to have the matter resolved but said he could not get anyone on the phone, which is why I am contacting you via email.

Review: I had a cement patio poured back in September of 2013. Bad job. Enrico poured concerete on a day that it rained. This job isn't even a year old. The finish came off. All 3 pads cracked. Called him numerous times to complain and kept telling us that he gave us 4000 grade. It doesn't matter the grade, it cracked and very poor chrafstmanship. I don't want to see anyone else get a bad job like I did. We paid cash 2700 dollars it wasn't cheap for the quality of poor work that was done.Desired Settlement: If he is unable to replace it, would like a refund.
