deposits this is not the only factor that can delay actual receipt many times we do not have the correct forwarding address and have to chase the people down.  As of today I still have security deposits that were returned undelivered due to an incorrect address.  In reviewing his account he was a double occupancy meaning the check is made out to both parties on the lease and sent to one of the addresses.  Delving deeper into the account I see that the $200 security deposit payment came from his room share [redacted] and not [redacted].  Since we are not sure if Brandon gave David the money or not that is why we put both names on the check. I am happy to send screen shots of the payment receipt indicating the security deposit payment in fact did not come directly from [redacted].
