The body shop did not properly repair the damage to my car. They had glued the headlight housing into my car instead of properly repairing it. I had to take my car to another shop to get the headlight removed and properly replaced with a new housing. Also they did not properly rust proof the fender after using spot welds to pull out the dents. The back side of the fender had begun to rust and that also had to be replaced by another shop. I initially had to take the car back once because the fender was improperly aligned. When they tried to give it back the second time I had to refuse it because the headlight was not properly mounted in relation to the fender. Because of these first problems it took a month to first repair the car. Which left me without a car for a month. Then it took another week and a half to fix the additional problems.
I'm very sorry to hear of the problems Mr *** is having with the repair of his 2007 Porsche Cayman from the dateof 11/2/2015 He is welcome to drop by between 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday so that we may assess any problems and address any concerns about the repair.

I am rejecting this response because:
I now live in florida and had the car repaired by another shop. Regardless due to the obvious lack of quality that was shown in the previous repairs, I would not take my car back to this shop if it was the only one within 1000 miles. It has been taken back to them once and I had to refuse the vehicle the second time. Additionally they glued in the headlight housing on my car making it impossible to change the light bulbs in the headlight unit. This forced me to take it to another shop. Clearly they cannot handle working on a car like a Porsche.
Sincerely
