We refunded her credit card $100. We were waiting for her to provide us with the number to give the refund, she wanted us to mail a check but we needed to refund it from her payment method.
Review: Hello..I've purchased a service from E. light a couple years ago,,,so they have my e-mail address and they sent me a Columbus day deal, I called,them ,they found me on their com. I paid the money 100.00. the day of service I wanted to go in early..so I looked up their website for the #.....that's when I noticed the location I had been to before was closed down,,even though the website was still up....eitherway I wasn't prepared to drive to a different and further loc... I called asked for money back,,she didn't want to give it to me,,I explained the girl that gave me the appointment should have mentioned I was going to a different loc. then before....she said she'd give me 100.00 back minus 35.00....I said no.
she called me back later and got my visa # to refund money...I said thank you ...sorry for the misunderstanding...its been three weeks I e-mailed her...no response I want my 100.00 ...i'm sure this has happened before to her..theres also another loc. that's shut down and its still has a website.Desired Settlement: just give me my 100.00
