Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Access LD, who USBI claims to be at fault, has not been the company charging me for services on my AT&T billing statementIt seems no company wants to take responsibilityWhen I contacted AT&T, they said USBI was responsibleI would just like my money returnedUSBI collected money for services that were not provided by Access LD or AT&TWhen I initially contacted USBI, they told me they had record of my last long distance call, made in If USBI knows I have no long distance and haven't had it in years, why were they still charging me and why would they not care enough to verify "switches in carriers?" In my opinion, both USBI and Access LD are at fault for a lack of communication and falsely charging customersWhichever company actually received my money, I believe to be USBI, should reimburse meIf Access LD was receiving my money on behalf of USBI, they should reimburse me Regards, [redacted]
