I am rejecting this response because:There
wasn't any extra work ask for or provided from this company. There was NEVER at
anytime another bill or discussion about any owed monies.  I spoke to him about
the defective work and he assured me he would stop out and take care of it.
After which I text him 7 times and left 3 voice messages that were never
returned. I have been in business over 30 years and if you give someone a
guarantee about your services you should stick to it. This repair would be a
small job for them but they refuse to even discuss it, even after there 10 year guarentee.  Contractors like this
give good contractors a bad name when they do-not honor there agreements. This
company was recommended by another company and I will contact them to make sure
they know not to refer any other business.
